HSK Test Rules and Regulation

Due to limited seating, we request that you change date or cancel at least 27 days before the test registration deadline. This give an opportunity for others to register for the test.

Contact us if you have emergency and unable to make it for the test, we provide change of test date for FREE within the stipulated time. We also be able to let you cancel and refund with a valid reason too (terms & condition applied).

Request of date change made 15 days or more in advance of the registration deadline, will be free of charge.

Request of date change made within 2 - 14 days before registration deadline will have a surcharge of RM20.

For Example : Test date is at Jan 25 and its registration Deadline is at Jan 15, you can apply before Jan 1 without a surcharge.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation & Refund Application Form

A valid reason shall be provided when test taker apply for cancellation & refund. Without a valid reason, your application shall be forfeited.

Cancellations made 27 days or more in advance of the registration deadline, will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made within 12 - 26 days before registration deadline will incur a 50% fee.

No refund shall be made if your request is less than 11 days before the registration deadline.

For Example : Test date is at Jan 25 and its registration Deadline is at Jan 15, you can apply for refund no later than Jan 4.
Attention：We do not accept sick notes issued by family members and friends.
